We designed a multi-agent system that blends automation with human control to automate lead qualification, negotiation, and scheduling, freeing brokers to focus on closing deals.

Brokers were constrained by repetitive tasks, limited to working hours, and faced growing pressure to deliver instant, high-trust engagement. Existing systems couldn’t scale without compromising on control or increasing operational costs.

We built a multi-agent system to turn broker expertise into scalable intelligence, accelerating and standardizing deal cycles. At the core is a Master Agent, an orchestration layer that handles incoming queries and delegates tasks across specialized agents, reducing errors and hallucinations.
The Property Agent shares listings, answers buyer-specific questions, and provides rich visual and contextual detail. The Negotiation Agent manages real-time price discussions with multiple buyers, simulating human negotiation behavior. The Scheduling Agent automates property visits, syncing calendars and sending reminders to streamline the process.

Conversational AI that builds trust
Rezio’s context-aware AI chat interface is designed to replicate natural broker conversations, delivering intuitive, responsive, and human-like interactions at scale. It understands buyer intent, adapts to context in real time, and maintains the warmth and personalization that define effective client engagement.
Users experience a familiar chat interface across web, mobile apps, and integrated messaging platforms. The system offers instant, context-aware replies 24/7, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Crucially, brokers can take over at any point through a smooth handover or manual override, preserving trust, transparency, and control throughout the buyer journey.
Hybrid intelligence for always-on reliability
In real estate, trust and timing are critical. Rezio’s hybrid AI ensures both by giving brokers complete control over how much autonomy the AI has. Through AI Mode Configuration, they can choose between Full Automation, where the AI responds on their behalf, or AI Suggestions Only, where it drafts replies for manual review. Brokers can also define exactly which tasks the AI handles, such as sharing pricing, property details, legal support, or contact information.
All AI activity is transparent, with live conversation summaries and open questions displayed in real time. And with the AI switch, brokers can instantly step into any conversation. This human-in-the-loop design makes the Rezio Agent extremely reliable with human brokers always in control.
